The “EZ Roam plans allows postpaid customers the flexibility to roam in select countries around the world with bundled data and reduced voice/calling Rates, access to free incoming calls, and reduced text rates.
Roaming Bundle will be available in 3 different durations, 3, 7, 14 days.

1. How does the EZ Roam Plan work?
Voice minutes:
- Voice Bundle for EZ Roaming plan applies to calls within visited destination and Digicel Markets while roaming in one of the eligible Digicel destinations, See Table 2 for roaming destinations.
- Reduced voice overage rates of 0.25KYD per minute to Digicel Markets and in Visited Country. Postpaid plans don not include bundled minutes.
- Call rates of 0.40KYD per minute to Rest of the world destinations. These are destinations (countries) not included in the roaming destination with the exceptions to SAT numbers and VED.

Data Bundle
- Data Overage will be blocked for Postpaid customers. If customers should exhaust their allotted data bundles they will be unable to browse.
- When a customer plan expires they should be able to browse PAYGO.
2. What are the rates to make calls while on an active Roaming Plan?
Customers will receive the below reduced calling rates while roaming in the [x] destinations which include both the International and Digi-Caribbean roaming

3. How do customers activate the roaming plans?

4. How do customers check their data bundle balance and Roaming Plan expiration?
Customers can check their balance via the My Digicel App
5. Will customers’ roaming plan auto renew?
No Roaming plans will not auto-renew
6. Will the roaming data and voice bundle roll over?
Once the plan expires all the unused data and minutes will be lost.
7. Will customers get a notification when they have exhausted their roaming data or voice bundles?
Yes customer will be notified.
8. Will customers be able to move from one Roaming plan to another?
Yes, they can.
9. Will customers be able use local data/Mins plan while roaming?
No, local plan allotment can only be used on Digicel Cayman’s Network
10. What happens if I am credit limit Barred, will I still be able to use my minutes and data from my plan?
If credit limit bar, customers will be able to activate the bundle and use data, they will not be able to make calls or send sms as these will be out of bundle charges.
11. Will customers be able to activate the plan if they are not in Market?
Yes customers can activate the plan once they have internet access and the My Digicel App
12. Will customers be charged to use the MDA while roaming?
Customers may be charged if they use My Digicel App while roaming without an active roaming bundle. The free usage of My Digicel App is only within the Cayman Islands.
13. How do customers get to Voicemail while roaming?
Dial [1 345 326 0000] to get to their voicemail.
14. Will there be an added cost for checking voicemail or will voicemail come out of my bundle?
Contacting voicemail while roaming will be charged KYD$0.25 per minute
15. Will Customers be able to contact Customer Care while roaming?
- Yes. Customers can dial [1 345 623 2273] in order to contact Customer Care while roaming.
- Contacting Customer Care while roaming with an active plan, will be charged at KYD$0.25 per minute
- Customers can use the web chat feature within the MyDigicel App to contact customer care.
16. What are the rates to make calls when customers do not have an active EZ Roam plan?
Customers will be charged at the standard roaming rates. Standard roaming rates apply:
- When roaming in any of the eligible destinations without an active plan.
- Roaming outside of the eligible destinations with or without an active plan.
